- Accurate Quotes: We strive to provide accurate quotes. If the job scope changes, we’ll adjust the quote accordingly.
- Pet Safety: Aggressive pets must be secured during service.
- Pet Waste: Pet waste is not included in our services.
- Child Safety: Children should not be left unattended during service.
- Chemical Sensitivity: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities.
- Working at Heights: We do not work at heights exceeding two steps.
- Window Blinds: Mini blinds are not included in window cleaning.
- Furniture Movement: We can move light furniture but not heavy pieces.
- Firearms: Firearms should be stored securely, away from cleaning areas.
- Infestations: We cannot service properties with active infestations.
Service Terms
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees.
- Rescheduling: Frequent cancellations may lead to changes in your scheduled time.
- Access Issues: Late access or inability to access the property may result in fees.
- Frequency and Rates: Rates are based on the scheduled cleaning frequency. Skipping cleanings may affect pricing.
- Damages: We will address any damages we cause. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured.
Payment and Conduct
- Payment: We accept Venmo, cash, and credit cards. A valid credit card may be required.
- Tips: Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
- Harassment: Harassment of our cleaners is strictly prohibited.
