Made an appointment with this professional sounding lady on the phone. She let me choose schedule out of available openings. 24 hours prior to appointment, she called to confirm. (Wow, a contractor that was actually going to show up)? She arrived on the nose and we began by discussing needs. This person hit the ground running, she new exactly what to do. She wasted no time and got more done than i would've hoped for. I had no issues leaving her unattended on second visit. I can't describe what a great feeling it was to leave a somewhat dirty/dusty house and come back to what actually "sparkled". GREAT JOB, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.
